Dealing with any emergency requires a great deal of self-discipline. Emergencies can happen at any time in any place. No amount of training will prepare you for how you will actually feel. However, constant practice will make your reactions automatic. It is automatic reactions, which are most effective in these situations. This is because you do not have time to stop and think - you just do what you have trained to do!
