Basic Literacy & Numeracy Skills

There are many places where people can go to improve their basic skills, for free.   Those who have difficulties, should be encouraged to go to these classes, without being embarrassed.  The better able they are to communicate, the better for everyone, from the Public, the Client, and the companies they represent.  Being willing and able to seek help is a sign of strength and courage. Taking steps towards self development should always be viewed positively.

Take tiny steps to make a big change.

There are going to be a lot of changes to the way training is delivered over the next year.  We will do everything we can to keep you informed of the options, which best suit our members.  This way we can help you and your companies get the most from these changes, who offers you the choice, both educationally and financially.
