Suggest an area of research
The Door Supervisor sector in particular and the Security Industry in general has little or no research on the people who actually do the job on the ground. We want to make sure the people who make the decisions, know what we think and want!
Research is a critical part of any organisation and the same is true for Doorwatch. Research will enable us to gather information, which we can then use on your behalf. It may be a simple poll to get a general idea of the members views on particular topic or it maybe a properly structured academic study on behalf of a Government or other organisation. Whatever type of research it is - National Doorwatch will have full access to all aspects of the research and its findings.

An example could be:
If the SIA were to save £5.00 of the cost CRB checks - should they
a) Reduce the cost of the SIA license from £245 - £240. Saving the holder the full £1.66 per year?
b) Fund National Doorwatch so it can achieve its aim of providing essential benefits to its members.
